"Survivalist Bunker" and previous owner lived in the above ground basement part of this basement/foundation. 33 deep by 52 wide. Originally had a u-shaped driveway that went behind the "bunker" . There are 2 blacktopped aprons/entrances on Millville Ave. Township said home can go on existing foundation if still viable. Per zoning office: If the house is built in the same exact footprint (pending if the foundation is still good) and does not expand it in any way, then there may not be an issue. If they cannot use the same footprint OR expand it, then the house would need to meet today’s standards. If today’s standards cannot be met, then they may need a variance.
